Are the owners available if I need something?

We live nearby and can be contacted by mobile phone. Please feel free to call or text so we can assist or advise you.

What if we cannot arrive until late evening?

We are very happy to ensure that the house is comfortable and welcoming for your late arrival and only ask that you let us know in advance that you will be arriving after hours.

Where do I collect the keys from?

We will meet you on your arrival to hand over the keys. Please advise us of your ETA upon booking, and if this changes please notify us via calling us on: 0411 569 727.

What if something breaks during my stay?

Accidents happen and we appreciate if you let us know if any property is damaged or stained during your stay. Usually we will hold the bond and then obtain a quote to replace or repair the damage and then organise to have it paid from the bond.

Can I bring my pet?

Sorry, no pets are allowed. Guide dogs are welcomed but must be notified at the time of booking.

Do you have Bike Storage?

Yes, a secure, lockable, storage shed can be found at the front of the property. The key to this shed is provided.

Is there a playground nearby?

Yes, Bright has a fabulous playground and splash park only 500 metres away.

What about in-house catering?

Easy… we have a caterer who will come to Northbank House and cook for you.
