Marco and Sam are perfect hosts. Right from the very first contact they helped me plan a surprise getaway to Bright and the nearby ski fields for my family.

The photographs of this property are great. It’s what drew me in, but wow. The location, the layout of the house. The styling. It was a great pleasure to stay here.

I can see myself booking into this place time and again - ample space to wine, dine, read a book or just dream. Adorable little home.

At nearby Mount Buffalo National Park, Eurobin Upper Falls cascade over a sheet of granite smoothed by centuries of water to land in a pristine round pool of clear water. The call of the bubbling water is irresistible as you explore the forest walking trails with fresh scented peppermint gum fragrances filling the air. It’s one of our favourite local experiences.
Victoria’s Alpine Valleys offer an abundance of freshly grown of food produce with many growers opening their farm gates daily for discounted sales and premium tastings. The Bright region in particular is known for its chestnut orchards, berry farms and fine wine producers. A little further afield, trout farms, apiarists and meat producers offer more to discover.
Bright Victoria is a popular base for adventure seekers who take to the mountains hiking, cycling, mountain biking, trail running, skiing and more. With close access many tracks leading into the Alpine National Park and with Mounts Feathertop and Hotham within eyeshot, Northank House represents the best in sub alpine boutique accommodation.
